Broussard Main Street

The Broussard Main Street District follows East Main Street from Bernard Road to Albertson Parkway, encompassing the city’s historic corridor and cultural core. The district features several notable 19th- and early 20th-century buildings that reflect the community’s Acadian and Creole heritage. Recent public investments in streetscape improvements, accessibility, and beautification have strengthened the area’s appeal as a center for local business, heritage tourism, and civic life.
